Mary B. Robinson passed away on January 26, 2019 in Springfield, MO. She was born in Red Oak, Iowa on October 23, 1932. She married Charlie Robinson on June 19, 1954. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Charlie Robinson, her parents Elza and Annie (Provow) Howard, brothers Homer Howard, Robert Howard and his wife Omega. Mary is survived by her four loving children, Steve (Tina) Robinson of Alba, MO, Mike Robinson of Springfield, MO, Susan (Andrew) Stehr of Everett, WA, and Randy Robinson of Springfield, MO. Mary is also survived by her sister Edith Hudson of Springfield, MO sister-in-law Gloria Howard of West Plains, MO, sister-in-law Mary Ellen Perry and her husband Lewis Perry of West Plains, MO, six grandchildren: Larry, Riley, Annika, Michael, Cecily and Chris, three great grandchildren: Abbey, Azaylia and Maraya, many nieces and nephews and her loud, yet lovable canine companion, Barbie. Mary was a faithful member of the Sunset Church of Christ. Special Thanks to Richard and Pat Roberts, Norma Hagan, Linda Chambliss, Mary Purdom and the rest of her Sunset Church family. Mary loved cooking, quilting and gardening. She was always helping others especially widows and the elderly. Services will be Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home South with interment at 2:00 p.m. in Missouri Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mary’s children for medical and personal expenses. Mom once told us that “It was an honor to be your Mom”. No, Mom, it was an honor and a blessing to have you for our Mom.
