He was preceded in death by his parents Tommy and Rachel Perkins. He is survived by sister, Elizabeth Whitener and husband Spook; brothers, Ed Perkins and wife Debbie, and John Perkins and wife Sheri; nieces, Elle Perkins, Mandy Hedges, Nickie James, Katie Peck, and Emalie Peck; nephews, Elijah Perkins, James Peck, James Peck II, Mathew Davis; and special friends, Robbie, Tammy, Mike and Franky.
Funeral services will be Sunday, March 3, 2013, at 2:00 pm in Greenlawn East Funeral home, officiating H.E (Spook) Whitener. Burial will follow at Floods Cemetery in Highlandville, MO. Visitation will be Saturday, March 2, 2013, from 5-7:00 pm in the funeral home.
