Michael L. Morgan, age 71, passed away on April 2, 2019 in his home in Springfield, Missouri. He was the son of Ralph C. Morgan and Mildred Hasek Morgan born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on August 6, 1947. He is preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Glenn Jay Maxwell. Mike is survived by his sister, Carol Maxwell and her husband, Glenn, niece, Tracey Bethel of Las Vegas, nephew, Jim Bethel of Springfield and nephew, Jeff Maxwell and wife Lucy of Japan, a grand niece and nephew, Nora and Skyler Maxwell both of Japan. Memorial services will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to C.A.R.E. Animal Rescue or The Humane Society of your choice.
