Mrs. Coneta “Connie” Elaine Arnold, age 88 of Halfway, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at Citizens Memorial Hospital Bolivar, MO.  She was born January 10, 1932, in Bolivar, MO, to John T. and Wilma W. (Overcash) Fisher.  She was united in marriage to Lester M. Arnold June 12, 1947, and to this union four children were born.            Connie
