Myron Keith Hall passed away on August 31, 2019 in Hermitage, Missouri. He was born on December 29, 1940 in Kansas City, Missouri to Orville and Bernice (Bedell) Hall.
Keith attended Belton High School and graduated in 1958. He married his high school sweetheart, Shirley Van Hooser, then joined the Air Force, and was first stationed in Amarillo and then in the Phillipines. When he returned to the states, he decided to attend Southern Baptist Seminary in Louisville, KY, and graduated from Midwest Seminary in Kansas City.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Shirley (Van Hooser) Hall, two daughters; Sonya Schwader of St. Joseph, MO and Tonya Nichols of Blue Springs, MO, a son, Gavin Hall of Pittsburg, MO. Keith has a sister, Madeline Gregg of Kansas City, MO. He also has six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
He pastored a number of churches, ending at Climax Springs Presbyterian Church. Keith was an avid fisherman and birdwatcher. He always had a friendly word for everyone he met and never met a stranger. We’ll remember his love for “piddling” around, fishing for all kinds of fish, his love for cooking, eating and playing cards.
