Two years of Baltimore Applique classes taught by Nadine at Going to Pieces in Pleasanton. I still remember everything she taught me, including chastising me for being unnecessarily critical of my own work. A valuable lesson; a true needle artist. God Speed.
Maureen Gilhooly left a message on November 8, 2020:
The tremendous gift of your family; of your amazing parents - their advocacy for Danny. Their love, their humor (speaking of Dale especially) their joys, their struggles. I could not have asked for better role models in navigating the world of disabilities. In their presence, I could see a future for Ian, I realized there are opportunities; it was not going to be easy - but with the grace, strength and unconditional love - anything is possible. Dale and Nadine had and have a forever positive influence in our lives, in Ian’s life. in every buffalo, quilt we see Dale and Nadine; in every trial and success in our disability journey we see Dale and Nadine!
