Nadine Kay Young, age 73, of Fair Grove, MO and formerly of Forest Lake, MN, passed away on April 18, 2024. She was born in Mt. Clemens, MI on July 21, 1950, to William and Evelyn (Schramm) DeVinney. She graduated from New Haven High School (New Haven, MI) in 1968. She married Kenneth Hugh Young in Utica, MI on June 21, 1986.
Nadine was a sales and catering event planner, but also had many hobbies. She loved bingo, sudoku, birdwatching, fishing, playing cards, and swing dancing! But most of all, she loved spending time with her friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Hugh Young and a step-son, Matthew Young.
She is survived by her children: Wendy (Mark) Maxwell, Brian Schmidt; step-son, Jeff (Colleen) Young; grandchildren: Kaylee, Luke, Alyssa, Molly, Brandi, Nathan, Zachary, Trevor, Gannon, and Carson; great-grandchildren: Skylar, Derek, Oliver, Grayson, Whelan, and Hudson; sisters: Rachelle Fowler, and Deborah (Guy) Milton; and her nieces and nephews: Jennifer, Trevor, Scott, David, and Christopher.
