In the evening of August 30th, Nina Harvill passed from this world and was met at Heavens gate by her parents Wanda (Ritchie) and Delbert “Bud” Frost, her husband Robert “Bob” Harvill, and her brother Andrew “Andy” Frost while we are broken hearted here we know they are rejoicing there.
Born Nina Lee Kyger in Springfield Missouri. Nina was a mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was affectionately called “Granny”. Nina worked for Mercy for over 30 years holding several different positions in her years there. Nina had a love for going to yard sales and auctions. Nina was also a talented cake decorator. Nina was a great prankster who loved to laugh. Nina was a loving and caring person who would oftentimes put the needs of others before herself.
She was survived by her blended family Bobby Willeford and his wife Carey of Springfield. Debbie Morrow and her husband John of Ozark. Tessa Cornelison and her husband Brian of Republic. Brook Harvill of Springfield. Nine grandchildren Brittany, Cheyenne, Brandon, Chrystyan, LeeAnn, Destiny, Lizabeth, Riley and Jackson.
She is also survived by her brother Jackie “Jack” Kyger and his wife Lourdes of Los Fresnos Texas. Two sisters Cindy Goodwin and her husband Terry of Parsons Tennessee and Sue Smith and her husband Roy of Springfield Missouri. She is survived by countless aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Nina was very loved and will be missed dearly.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 2:00 pm. In Greenlawn Funeral Home South with a visitation being on Wednesday September 4th, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers Nina had requested that donations be made to Hospice (who lovingly took care of her mother), Wrap a Child with Love, Mercy Crisis fund or Addiction Recovery.
