She passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at her home.
She was born on August 18, 1935 in Schuyler County, Illinois the daughter of Harold Malone Peterson and Myrtle May Moore Peterson. She was an inspirational romance author and gospel singer. She was a member of the Country Gospel Music Association and Elks Auxiliary. Norma was a loving mother and wife. She was loved by everyone that knew her.
Norma is survived by her husband, Gary J. Eaton of Branson, MO., two daughters: Lori Haynes and husband, Kevin of Tuscola, IL., and Lynn Keller of St. Louis, MO., three siblings: Debbie Devine of Peoria, IL., Dave Peterson and wife, Karen of Brimfield, IL., and Doug Peterson and wife, Vickie of Dunlap, IL., and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters: Donna Bowden and Sandra Christy.
