Pamela Jane Fausett-Gross, known as Pam, or Nana Pam to many, passed away on May 2nd. She was born on February 22, 1959, in Branson, Missouri, and lived her whole life in Taney County.
Pam was a woman of quiet strength and unwavering faith. She attended Emmanuel Baptist Church in Omaha, Arkansas, where she found deep joy in her relationship with Jesus and her church family, whom she loved dearly.
She worked as a Head Start teacher and caregiver, dedicating her life to nurturing and supporting others. Her kindness and patience left a lasting impact on the many lives she touched.
She found beauty in simple things – especially an Ozarks sunset that she could beautifully paint with ease. She wasn’t known for having good luck, but she tried her best to spread it with her superhuman ability to pick 4 leaf clovers then give them as gifts to others
Pam will be remembered most for her unwavering optimism. Even in life’s hardest moments, she remained positive, facing challenges with random jokes and a steady smile. She had a gentle spirit and a warm presence that brought comfort to those around her.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Everett Gross and Mary Lou Robison. Her sons Jerry Leo Fausett and Allexander Lee Fausett, as well as her brother Virgil Keith Gross
She is survived by her children, Jennifer Leanne Fausett, Bryce Allen Fausett and Tommy Lee Fausett and wife Riley Fausett. She has 6 grandkids, 5 great grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is also survived by her brothers Wesley Gross, Cecil Gross, Johnny Gross all of Ridgedale
sister Brenda Gross and Larry “Pinto” Bean of Green Forest, AR.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and resilience that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the church for their Vacation Bible School program.
