Patsy Lou (Mashburn) Jones
Patsy Lou Jones passed away at her home in Willard, MO, on Thursday, February 26,
2026. She was 88 years old. Patsy was born to Tom and Beulah (Payne) Mashburn on
September 14, 1937 in Santa Paula, CA, and was the sister to Gary Mashburn of
Bolivar, MO. She was saved on May 1, 1949 at Goodson Missionary Baptist Church in
Goodson, MO, and was a member of True Hope Missionary Baptist Church in
Springfield, MO, at the time of her death.
Patsy married William Earl Jones on August 15, 1965 in Ventura, CA, where she
worked as a Home Economics teacher at various middle and high schools in the area.
To this union were born two sons: Kyle Stephen Jones of Springfield, MO, and Kevin
Leslie Jones of Los Angeles, CA. Patsy was predeceased by her parents, husband, and
son, Kyle. She was a kind, loving, creative, and practical person who will be missed.
