Peggy Ann (Nixon) Tucker, 76, of Pleasant Hope, Missouri, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. Peggy was born on September 17, 1947, in Buffalo, Missouri to Gilbert and Mamie (Weeks) Nixon. She was a 1965 graduate of Buffalo High School. Peggy was the proud mom of three boys: Troy, Tony, and Gilbert Holdway.
Peggy loved playing softball. She was a “Bingo Queen”. Peggy enjoyed having her family around her. She enjoyed cooking for them and taking care of them even when they were older. Peggy loved to be outside and enjoyed gardening.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons: Troy Holdway, and wife, Misty, Tony Holdway, and wife, April, and Gilbert Holdway, and wife, Jeri Lynn; grandchildren: Matthew, and wife, Madison, Cody, and wife, Zadia, Sarah, Hollis, Emma, Hanna, and Tanner; great-grandchildren; Raelan and Kayden; siblings: Doug Nixon, Greg Nixon, Myron Nixon, Patsy Turner, Debbie Owens, and Donna Stewart, and other family and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel of Greenlawn Funeral Home.
