Peggy Lee Taylor, age 69, of Springfield, MO, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Cox Medical Center South. She was born July 30, 1944, in Springfield, MO, to Verdane and Mary (Baty) Foster. She was a graduate of Hillcrest High School. Peggy worked for twenty-four years at Dodson-Williams Body Shop as a book keeper. Peggy”s greatest love was spending time with her grandson.
Shewas preceded in death by her parents,Verdane and Mary Foster. She is survived by her two sons, John Taylor, Sprngfield and Michael Taylor, Republic; one grandson, Dalton Taylor of Brighton; one sister,Sheila Flatness and husband Larry, Strafford; four brothers,Larry Foster and wife Margaret, Springfield, Bob Foster and wife Sheryl, Nixa,Dale Foster, Springfield, and Ray Foster and wife Kim, Rogersville; and a host of family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.m., Wednesday, March 5, 2014 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Cremation services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, MO.
