Our hearts go out to Phillips family during this time of loss. God got a true angel when Phillip got to heaven. Everyone that ever knew him, was truly blessed and lucky to have known him. He always had a big smile on his face, and was a very positive person. He was well known in the area, and everyone loved him. He will be missed by all.
