Valdon Vire left a message on January 30, 2019:
Monty, Bethany and Steve - Condolences to you and families following loss of a caring man. During my speaking with Dale over the years at Vire family reunions and other times I remember that he spoke with pride and a light in his eyes when relating events and updates on each of you. (His fried salmon patties were always a sense of pride and quickly consumed at reunions.) Dale's stories of the challenges - and sometimes frustration - in repair and maintenance on Ryder trucks were always interesting as it seemed some drivers did not appreciate well cared for vehicles as did he. Such care and organization at Ryder as well as at home was "just Dale". Over the past months, though his personal health problems were taking their toll, Dale was working and planning for care of "Barbara Sue" for such time he would no longer be there to do so. Such will forever be my lasting respect and memory of Dale. May God welcome he and say "well done my son". Valdon & Pamela Vire
