Randall D. (Randy) Williams, 62, of Rogersville, Mo., died Saturday, February 19, 2011 at home. Randy, the son of Eugene and Martha Williams is survived by his wife of 34 years, Judith Wakefield Williams, and his two daughters, Jennifer Gruener (Tony) and Jana Worth (David), one brother, Richard Williams (Sandy) and one sister, Rebecca (Becki) Durbin and six grandchildren.
Randy was born in 1948 in Springfield, Missouri. He retired after 30 years of service with the United States Post Office, and currently was a bus driver for the Rogersville School District. Randy and his wife Judy owned and operated Happy Days Diner in Rogersville. Randy served as president of Ozark Antique Auto Club and was a lifelong member of Central Christian Church.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Greenlawn East in Springfield. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 24th at Greenlawn East with internment at Hazelwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association of Springfield, a cause Randy cared deeply about.
