Randy Neal Kuenzle passed away March 23, 2013 at his home in Stone County, Missouri, after battling cancer for over a year. He was born in Kirkwood, Missouri, to Elmer and Violet Kuenzle on January 23, 1956, and was married to his best friend, Sheri Mitchell Kuenzle, for nearly 35 years.
Randy grew up in the St. Louis area but has made his home in southwest Missouri for the last fifteen years. After completing his Master’s Degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, he spent fifteen years pastoring. Although he changed occupations when he moved to the Ozarks, his whole life has been about ministering to people. The last fifteen years he worked as a general contractor and property manager. He loved building, working outside in the garden, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Sheri Mitchell Kuenzle, and his children: Kristin Kuenzle Hanley and husband, Aaron Hanley, Zachary Neal Kuenzle and wife Ann-Victoria Kuenzle, and Micah Jaren Kuenzle, as well as five grandchildren. He is also survived by his parents, Elmer and Violet Kuenzle, and brother Wayne Kuenzle.
His family will hold a memorial service at Greenlawn Funeral Home East on Good Friday, March 29, 2013 at 10 am. Burial will be in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson, MO following services. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 28.
