Regina M. “PeeWee”
Williams,
age 77, of Bolivar, MO, passed away Monday,
September 2, 2013, in her home. She was born June 12, 1936, in Bolivar, MO,
to Andrew and Caroline (Novak) Polodna.
She worked for 24 years on a dairy farm
while raising four children. Later she
worked for Hammons Products of Bolivar and Family Dollar Store in Bolivar. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic
Church.
She was preceded in
death by her parents; three brothers: Raymond,
Martin, and Robert Polodna; and three sisters: Ritha Mashburn, Elizabeth
Haralson, and Marjorie Polodna.
She is survived by three daughters: Deborah Richey and husband Harlan of
Bolivar, MO, Carol Pearson and husband Gary of Wheatland, MO, and Connie
Chainey and husband Brian of Walnut Grove, MO; one son Dennis Williams and wife
Kathy of Strafford, MO; 17 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 13 great
great grandchildren; one sister Evelyn Jones of Bolivar; several nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday,
September 6, 2013, at Pitts Chapel with Fa. Patrick Wissman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery
(Karlin). Visitation will be held from 6:00
to 8:00 PM Thursday, September 5, 2013, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the
Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund.
