Rev. Kenneth Lee McIntosh, age 83, of Macomb, MO passed away Friday, March 20th, 2020 at Heart of The Ozarks Nursing Home .
Kenneth was born March 3, 1937 in Norwood, MO to Roy Buford and Eunice Elizabeth McIntosh. He was united in marriage to Kathleen Bumgarner on August 24, 1953, in Norwood, MO. Kenneth pastored several churches in Missouri in his 56 years of ministry. Kenneth was a longtime board member of the Missouri Baptist Home. He enjoyed his cattle and horses. His greatest love was spending time with his family.
Survivors include his loving wife of 66 years, Kathleen McIntosh of the home; two children Gary Lee McIntosh and wife Frances, Ellington, MO, Carla Charlene Porter and husband Jim, Fredonia, KS; four grandchildren, Amelia Buford and husband Jeremy, Nicolas Porter and wife Margaret, Natalie Wright and husband Rusty, and Nathaniel Porter and wife Brianne; seven great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, and Josephine Buford, Leah and Maverick Wright, and Kennedy and James Porter; one sister, Anna Peterson; two brother-in-laws, Buddy Bumgarner and Larry Bumgarner; and a host of family and friends.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Eunice McIntosh; father and mother-in-law, Bud and Inez Bumgarner; sister, Minnie Thomas and husband Farrel; brother-in-law, Farris Peterson; and two brothers, Willard and Carl McIntosh.
Funeral services will be announced by Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
Memorial contributions may be made in Kenneth’s name to St. Jude Childrens Hospital and Ronald McDonald House in care of the funeral home.
