Pastor Michael A. Williams Sr. passed away on March 27, 2022. Michael was born July 11, 1959 in Albany, GA to Louvenia “Honey” Williams-Ausby and Simmie Lee Williams. Michael had three siblings – two sisters and a brother – all of whom preceded him in death. Michael is survived by his wife Joanie Williams, his children Shaun, Jasmine, Michaela, Emory, Travis, (Samantha) Amanda, and Christie, (Herbert) as well as 15 grandchildren. Michael was the Senior Pastor to the Freedom Southern Baptist Church in Springfield, MO. A memorial service in honor of Michael will be held on April 2, 2022 at 3pm at Turning Point church at 1722 N.
