Reva F. Russell (Highfill), started her life with the Lord on Monday, January 7th, 2019 peacefully in her home in Springfield, MO. Reva was born February 2nd, 1927 in Fair Grove, Missouri to Harvey and Altha May Highfill. She married the one true love Floyd William Russell on March 24th, 1944. They raised six daughters and one son. She was a loving and caring mother and homemaker to her family in Dadeville, Missouri. She was a member of True Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri and a former member of Turkey Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Walnut Grove, Missouri.
Reva is proceeded in death by Floyd Russell (Husband), Pat Porter (Daughter), Vicki King (Daughter), Ron Russell (Son), Alexis Schrader (Great Granddaughter), her brothers, Wilbur, Sam, Lee, Roy, Winifred, Guy and Hubert Highfill, and her sisters Ivah Ray, Ruby Mayfield, Golda Tummuns and Dorothy Strader.
Reva is survived by her children Brenda Davis (Springfield), Ramona and Wallace Waggoner (Springfield), Lana Russell (Springfield) and Jana and Mike Gardner (Bolivar). Her grandchildren Tim and Somer Davis, Richie and Shannon Porter, Kelli and Kenny Tuter, Charlie and Courtnie King, Robin Russell, Kim and Robby Schrader, Stephanie and Brendon Skanes, Wally Waggoner, Makayla and Brian Jean, Shane and Colton Gardner. As well as fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Her brothers Andy and Dale Highfill. Her sister Jane Emory and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Her visitation will be held on Friday, January 11th, 2019 at Greenlawn North Funeral Home in Springfield, MO, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. With funeral services on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Greenlawn North Funeral home with graveside service at 12:00 PM at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in the Fair Grove Area.
