Hospital Bolivar, MO. Richard was born May
20, 1941, to Houston and Juanita (Acuff) Johnson in Tennessee.
He
was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers: Billie Wayne and Paul
Edward Johnson.
He
is survived by a brother, Jack Johnson of Goodson, MO, a son, Michael Johnson,
and daughter, Amanda Johnson, both of WI.
No
