Robert “Bob” Appleby, of Springfield, MO passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018 after a long illness. Bob owned and operated Surplus City for 40 plus years. He supported many charities benefiting veterans, children, and animals. He was preceded in death by his late wife Barbara and son Jim. Visitation for Bob will be on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 12:00 pm with services at 1:00 pm in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
