Robert “Bob” Glorfeld born May 11, 1932 in Weaubleau MO died on February 1, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospice House of Kansas City, Mo. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Henry Glorfeld and Mertie Breshears Glorfeld, his first wife Gwendola Ida (Martin) Glorfeld and his sister Mary Rogers. He is survived by his wife Lola (Gastineau) Glorfeld of Lee’s Summit MO previously of Raymore Mo and Rogersville MO; His children Mark Glorfeld (Margaret), Martin Glorfeld (Davaleen), Terri Skalitzky and Michael Prichard; and his four grandchildren Marilyn, Ross, Evan and Grant.
Robert graduated from Miller High School 1950 and then served in the US Air Force during the Korean War, he retired 36 years with AT&T as a Commercial Business Supervisor and enjoyed community service and leadership roles in Kiwanis Club, Lyons Club and Mo Coachman Caravan. He enjoyed golf, bowling, travel, motorcycling and visiting with his many family and friends. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday February 7, 2018 at 11:00 am in Greenlawn Funeral Home South. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at 10:00 am. Burial will follow service at 2:00 pm in Miller Memorial Cemetery.
