A graveside service will be held November 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Evergreen Cemetery in Republic, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice Compassus in Springfield, Missouri or the American Cancer Society . Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
