diane richardson left a message on February 10, 2024:
Ron Treadway was the kindest man ever. He was the last of the local plant managers that were from the area and he understood all of this employees, supervisors and business unit managers. He might not have known your name but he knew you no matter where you were at. He was just the best at managing people and understanding concerns. He wasn't dismissive of anyone or their issues. He was a true gem of a person.
Ron and Kathy Merritt left a message on February 9, 2024:
Dear Peggy and Family: We pray God's peace and comfort fill your days as we rejoice in Ron's presence now with the Lord Jesus. How we recall our days together at Crosslines and the joy we all shared in helping God's people in our community. And, of course, Ron "T" and the other Ron Merritt, and our fun time teasing one another about the Cardinals and Cubs' rivalry. We all look forward to the wonderful reunion in heaven with Ron and all our loved ones who are now with the Lord. Love In Jesus, Kathy and Ron Merritt

We are so sorry for your huge loss!! What a wonderful man he was. We are so sad that we never got the chance to meet Ron. You were all definitely blessed to have had him in your lives and I know he is smiling down from heaven at his beautiful family. Sending you hugs and prayers! The Ziebart family.
Lori Wildeisen left a message on February 8, 2024:
Mr. Treadway was a man of integrity! Hired me in 1982 while I was completing my masters degree in food science from University of Missouri. He was genuine and down to earth and those interviews were about getting to know me and vice versa…unlike interviews I had with other food companies. I am so sorry for the loss of this gentleman who knew his business and people. God bless. L. Wildeisen
