Dr. Ronald W. Roth age 79, of Springfield, MO passed away Sunday, November 3rd, 2019.
Ronald was born on November 13, 1939 in Cedar Fork, MO to parents Merlin and Dorothy (Ratcliff) Roth. He felt called to be a minister at the age of 7. He attended college at Olivet Nazarene University and later received his Doctorate at Trinity Theological Seminary. He pastored four churches in Missouri and preached over 850 revival services.
Survivors include his two sons; James D. Roth (and wife Sue) and Robert W. Roth (and wife Janet), two sisters; Norma Gillham and Jean Ann Barnes, five grandchildren; Rachel Roth, Courtney Roth, Audrey Weaver, Skyler Roth, and Sherri Hoyle, and one great-granddaughter Arlington Hoyle, and a host of family and friends.
Ronald was preceded in death by his loving wife Anna Belle (Boaz) Roth of 60 years, parents Merlin and Dorothy Roth, and two brothers; Marvin Roth and Robert Gene Roth.
Services will be held Friday, November 8th, 2019 at 12:00 pm at Saline Baptist Church 21775 State Route N in St. Mary, MO 65673 with burial to follow at Roth Cemetery.
