Rose was a devoted wife and homemaker who was dedicated to God, her family, and her church; a gracious and wise lady who gave of herself to anyone who God brought into her life. We all mourn her passing, but we celebrate her long and fruitful life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her; we all are better people for having been a part of her life. She was a member of South Side Baptist Church for many years, and more recently a member of New Life Baptist Church in Willard.
