Rosemary Jackson, born July 7, 1947 passed away in the early morning hours on March 3, 2024 at the age of 76. Her final moments were spent peacefully in her home in Springfield, surrounded by family and close friends. Rosemary was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend, known for her kind heart, radiant smile, flawless fashion sense and unwavering love for her family and the Lord. Rosemary, who was lovingly known as Nan to many of us, is survived by her children, Sherry McDaniel, Troy Jackson and Tyrone (Stephanie) Jackson and grandchildren, John McDaniel Jr, Novica Jackson, Taylor Harrington, Miles Jackson, Brianna Jackson and Kimora Jackson, siblings, Joe Candie, Nancy Barge, Mandy Candie, Sharon Williams, Deborah Shockley plus a myriad of extended family. Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents, Rollo and Mary Jane Triplett, her husband Robert E. Jackson, and siblings, Mary Elizabeth Candie, David Candie Jr, Rollo Candie, Jimmie Lee King and Mary Ann Owens. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday evening at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Funeral services and ceremonies will be held in the same location on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 10:00 am with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Repast will be held at Silver Springs New Hope Full Gospel Church, 1119 N. National Ave, Springfield, MO, immediately following burial. Her memory will be cherished by her sisters, brother, children, grandchildren, and all those who knew her.
