Debbie Everett left a message on April 29, 2024:
Sorry for loss . Russ was good man . I remember when Russ and Conita went to Las Vegas when they lived in Republic, they went to see Wayne Newton and they were all dressed up for Newton, black pants, white shoes and a black shirt that said Wayne Newton club and my husband and I really got kick out of it but they were still one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and had the pleasure of being around. I spent a lot of time with Russ and Conita over the years and I know Conita is really going to miss him. Sorry for your loss.

I had the pleasure to work with Russ at Grainger. I think he was one of the smartest men I have ever met. He never would have told you that. But looking back at how he handled himself I have realized he was was. His Branch Manger use to say Russ is as smart as a fox. Didn’t understand that at the time, but he was so right. If you talked to Russ you would be talking to him like he knew you and you knew him your whole life.. I hope he come back in my thought more often. I have good memories of Russ at Grainger. He made me the Manager that I was because of things I see him do.
