Sadie Margaret Veach, age 93, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on May 21, 2026, at the home of her daughter. Margaret was born to Ellis Davis and Mary Davis on December 11, 1932 in Tiffin, MO. She was raised in the Southwest Missouri area. Margaret was a retired School Teacher in the Springfield, Public School System. She was a long-time member of the East Sunshine Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading her Bible every day and her favorite Book was the book of James. Margaret had a great love for her family. She enjoyed spending time with family and celebrating special occasions. She also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and Crypto Grams.
Sadie was preceded in death by her father, Ellis Davis; mother, Mary Davis; and her son Jerry Veach and one brother, Thomas Davis. She is survived by her daughter Patricia Andrews and her husband, Chris; and two sons: William Veach; and Thomas Veach, as well as her six grandchildren: Nathan Veach, Nichole Netzer, Rebekah Veach, Rachel Veach, Caton Skouby, and Chloe Lee, and her six great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Sadie will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
