Sandra Rosalie Chipley, age 83, passed away on April 4, 2023. Sandy was born on November 10, 1939 to William and Freda Wescott.
She married Robert L Chipley in 1957 and were married 46 years, and were loving parents to Gail Chipley, Craig Chipley, Laura Chipley, and Brian Chipley.
Sandy loved having lunch with her friends from Bass Pro once a month, going to the senior center for exercise and visiting, and going to the Farmers Market for tomatoes. She loved to read and crochet. Sandy was a great cook and baker. She is known in her family for cinnamon rolls and fudge. She made holidays and birthdays special. She was a great listener and gave great advice.
Sandy is survived by her children Gail Chipley, Craig Chipley and wife Naomi, Laura Chipley-Leon and husband Joel, and Brian Chipley; grandchildren Robert Byrnes, Justin Chipley, Amanda Rudie, Matt Mortensen, Tina Freeman, Kellie Freeman, Corey Chipley, Adia Chipley-Rodden, Allyson Chipley, Katie Chipley, and seven great grandchildren. Sister Cathy Swenson and husband Kurt. Sister in law Diana Wescott and many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents, and brother Gary.
She mommed every day. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be greatly missed.
