Sharon was a lovely person - kind and giving. I have fond memories of serving in the nursery with her. She loved the children and they loved her! This world just lost a beautiful person, but we can say, "She is going home for Christmas!"

When I received the call of Sharon's passing, I couldn't help but cry along with my best friend over the phone. My heart aches for her and the family. Christianne and I have been friends since 3rd grade. In those years I have had the privilege of knowing and being close to the Grunberg family. Sharon was such a wonderful person and mother. She loved her family and her faith fiercely. She always had a warm inviting smile and an infectious laugh. Her famous Texas sheet cake was amazing and I remember being in awe of her frog collection. Sharon, you have been a bright light to everyone lucky enough to have known you and you will be greatly missed.

Sweet, sweet Sharon. When I think of Sharon her bright smile, beautiful sparkling blue eyes and sweet demeanor instantly come to mind. I was fortunate to meet Sharon when our children were young. She babysat my daughter, Brooke, for many years. Brooke and I loved her dearly for her kindness. We will never forget her and her fun & loving family. My condolences to all of you.

I remember your mom being a very kind, funny, and loving person. She was also outspoken and bold and I really admired that in her as a young woman. Your mom and dad were both very supportive and loving when my dad passed away and again when I had cancer. They helped give me the strength and perspective to keep going. I wish I could have seen her again before she passed and thank her for the love and support. You will all have my prayers, love, and support on your behalf.

It was my privilege to spend a lot of time with Sharon as she and Walt served their mission in the Facilities Management office where I worked. She was always positive and happy and a joy to be around. I’m grateful I had a chance to get to know her. I’m sorry for your loss.

Sharon was like a sister to me. We would text or email every day. She was always so concerned about our health. She would offer many times to pick up Justin from work. We went Visiting Teaching together. She would always bring us a treat. She made Chicken Soup when we were sick. She w as always positive and would share her love for my Family. She will be missed by all of Us. She shared her Testimony often. I will miss her because she was my Sister who lived close by in Missouri!

We are very sorry for your loss. Sharon was a wonderful neighbor to us in San Jose. Always willing to lend a hand, give an encouraging smile and never pass judgement on others. Plus her crescent rolls were the best 😋We reconnected via Facebook about a year ago and I called her and had a lovely catch up chat. She was the same Sharon I had known many years ago. Virtual hugs to you all. Jane and Bill

I love Walt and Sharon. She was an amazing lady that was always excited to see us and always asked how we were. I am going to miss seeing her bright smiling face. I will miss her insisting that I take some cake when ever I had to go over and work on her computer. She truly was a great example of Christlike love for everyone.
