Sharon Lee Erickson, age 45, of Pleasant Hope, MO, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Citizens Memorial Hospital. Sharon Lee Erickson, age 45, of Pleasant Hope, MO, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Citizens Memorial Hospital. She was born September 21, 1969, in Springfield, MO, to Eugene and Elender (Cruse) Roush. She was a 1987 graduate of Republic High School. She was united in marriage to Paul Erickson on June 18, 1993, in Springfield. Sharon never met a stranger, she was very involved in rescuing and keeping animals. Her greatest love was spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother,Elender Lee Roush. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Erickson, Pleasant Hope; William Kinkade, Pleasant Hope, Michael Kinkade, Springfield, and Ananda Erickson, Pleasant Hope; two grandchildren, Bentley Tharp and Domenique Tharp; father, Eugene Roush, Republic; two brothers, James Roush and wife Jamie, Republic and Randy Roush and wife Tina, Billings; and a host of family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 29, 2015, at Bellview Cemetery, Springfield. Services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, MO.
