Sherri Lee Laramore-Petersen, 52, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 in her home in Sparta, Missouri. Sherri was born on December 4, 1962 in Dallas, TX to Carroll and Carrilee Laramore. She attended and graduated from Southwest High School in Fort Worth, TX. Sherri loved painting, being around children especially her grandkids, and animals of all kinds but pigs where her favorite.
Sherri is preceded in death by her mother, Carrilee Laramore and her grandmother, Dorothy Monte.
She is survived by her husband, Neal Petersen who she married on Dec. 21, 2007; her father, Duane Laramore; her children and their spouses, Gus and Meghen Hamp, Chase and Shelby Bearden, Elijah Towery, and Joshua Towery; four grandchildren, Savohna Hamp, August Hamp Jr., Madelynn Hamp, and Coen Bearden; and her brother and his wife, Monte and Kristen Laramore.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Life Point Church Ozark, Missouri with a visitation one hour prior starting at 1:00 p.m. Arrangement have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
