Shirley Ann Branson, age 60, of Galena, MO, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 at Cox Medical Center South. She was born August 11, 1954, in Springfield, MO, to Robert and Shirley (Clark) Lewis. She was united in marriage Dick Branson on December 7, 1991 in Power Site, Missouri. Shirley enjoyed wood carving, her greatest love was spending time with her family, and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother,Shirley Lewis. She is survived by her husband,Dick Branson, Galena, MO; three children Holly Hedgepath, Galena, MO, Lindel Trogdon, Taney County, MO, and Waylon Branson, Lampe, MO; father. Robert Lewis, Branson, MO; thirteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Richard Lewis, Springfield and Billy Lewis, Springfield; and a host of family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 3, 2015, at Eastlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12-1 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Greenlawn North Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses. Services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, MO.
