Shirley Kay Laffoon, 76, Springfield, MO. passed away December 4, 2020. She was born December 25, 1943, in Harrison, Arkansas, to Robert and Essie (Jones) Snow. Shirley was an avid Bowler, she loved bowling with her group from Carrick’s Flowers, at Sherm Lollar Lanes. She also loved collecting bells, oil painting, ceramics, and hunting and fishing.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Betty Cooper and Jeanie Daniels, four brothers: Bill Snow, Kenneth Snow, James Snow, and Roy Snow, and one grand-daughterLindsey Laffoon. Shirley is survived by her two sons: Jerry Laffoon Jr. and his wife, Connie, and Timothy Laffoon and his wife, Jaime, seven grandchildren: Anna, Madison, Joshua, Taylor, Avery, Evalynne and Harper, and one great-grandchild: Effie. She is also survived by her two sisters: Mary Jo Wilmoth and her husband, and Sybil Markle and her husband, Larry.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2020, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. No visitation is planned.
