Steven G. Farris, age 59 of Bolivar, MO, formerly of Colorado Springs, CO, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Citizens Memorial Hospital Bolivar, MO.  He was born May 19, 1962, in Springfield, MO, to Wando Gene and Betty Louviva (Silvey) Farris who precede him in death.  He graduated from Lake County High School, Leadville, CO, in 1980.

          Steven worked for Safeway Stores for over 36 years, working several different jobs for them.  He enjoyed the outdoors hiking and camping.  He was a Christian.  He was able to talk with people and making friends easily.

          He is survived by his sister Kathy “Dian” Farris of Parker, CO, and his brother Darin Farris and his wife Holly of Silverthorne, CO; three nieces: Jodi Nowacyk and husband Chris of Spring Creek, NV, Zoe Farris of Parker, CO, and Izzy Watters of  Silverthorne, CO; one nephew Aaron Farris of CO; one great niece Rylee; as well as many other relatives and friends.
