Tammy Lynn Stork, 55, of Springfield, MO, went to be with the Lord at 12:15pm, September 11, 2018. Tammy was born of Ethel “Sandy” Tillitt on March 1, 1963. Tammy had her only child and son, James Brandon Martin on May 19, 1990. Tammy spent time with her loving husband of 10 years, William Stork, following Brandons’ theatre career, training horses and she loved animals including her two huskies and three cats. She worked her last 12 years as a marketing coordinator with her brother Chance Potts and many friends. Tammy is preceded in death by her brother Tyson Potts, nephew Landon Potts, nephew Charles Sevy, Aunt Elsie Smith, and Grandparents Charles and Rose Marie Posey. She is survived by husband William Stork, son James Brandon Martin, step-sons Wesley Stork, Robert Stork and Mathew Stork, Mother Sandy Tillitt and step-father Victor Tillitt, Sister Debbie Williams, Brother Chance and Sherry Potts, step-sister Julie and Jim Lovelace, as well as nephews, nieces, and cousins. Visitations Services will be held Tuesday, September 18th, at 11am-1pm, funeral service at 1pm, both are at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, 3540 E. Seminole, Springfield, MO 65809. There will be a graveside service to follow at Delaware Town Cemetery. In lieu of donations, the family would like to honor Tammy by asking everyone who knew her to perform a special act of kindness for another person, animal or both. Tammy will be missed greatly here while she enjoys her new body in Christ with family and friends who has passed before her.
