With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy Sue Arnold Collins, who departed this life on December 22, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri. Born on August 25, 1976, Tammy was a woman of deep kindness and warmth who was truly loved by all who knew her.
A lifelong resident of the area, Tammy found great joy in the simple beauties of life. She had a profound love for animals and a passion for flowers that reflected her gentle spirit. Her faith was central to her life, and she was a devoted member of Day Spring Church in Springfield, where she found community and peace.
Tammy was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas J. Collins; her sister, Julie Dawn Fairchild; and her father, Ronald Dean Arnold, all of Springfield.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughters, Natalia Collins and Brooklyn Collins of Springfield; her mother, Saundra Hagler, and step-father, Russell Hagler, also of Springfield; and her grandmother, Ova Lee Letterman of Marshfield. She also leaves behind her brother-in-law, James Fairchild; her niece and nephew, Jaret and Amelia Bradley; her dear and true friend, Sam Cousins; and a large, loving extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins and her beloved dog Bella
Tammy’s legacy of love, faith, and compassion will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
A Celebration of life will be held for Tammy January 9, at 1:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North
