Thelma Davison, age 97, of Springfield, Mo., passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Ozark Riverview Manor. She was born May 20, 1913, in Springfield, to Earnest and Beulah (Carter) White. She was a member of the Blvd. Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Davison, her parents, a daughter, Carolyn Davison, her sister, Ilene Bennett, and two brothers, Vernon and Harold White.
She is survived by her son, Larry Davison and wife Doris of Kimberling City; five grandchildren; eleven great – grandchildren; three great – great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Betty Headlee of the state of North Carolina and Barbara Turner of Springfield.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Springfield, Mo., with Mr. John Davidson officiating.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2010 at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, Mo.
