Theodore “Ted” Herman Evans, 72, of Polk, Missouri, passed away on November 28, 2013 at his home. He was born, February 11, 1941 in Springfield, to Emmitt Raymond Evans and Alma Mae Maness.
Ted is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Arlin “Arley” Lee Evans and brothers, Charles Evans, Billy Evans and James Tindle.
He is survived by two sons, Theodore Robert Evans of Polk, MO and William “Billy” Tim Tindle of Angleton, TX; two daughters, Angie Kay Tingle-Steele of Bolivar, MO and Shelly Lynn Evans of Bois D’Arc, MO and one brother, Amos Evans of Springfield.
A visitation will take place on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. A graveside service will be on Monday, December 2, 2013, at 1:00 PM at Robberson Prairie Cemetery.
