Thomas Cook passed on January 16th, 2021 after a short illness with COVID-19. He was a great man who always loved his family and would always do everything he could to help anyone that needed it. Tom had a great sense of humor and was always quick with a funny (to him) response. He is preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Sally, parents Rex and Iris Cook; son Brandon and his wife Jessica; daughter Sara and her husband Alex Abel, and his grandchildren Samantha, Amelia and baby Ethan. Tom was a great son. Faithful to his father always called once a week. Drove mayo clinic when my left kidney was removed .drove to lisbon,ia picked me and iris up drove us back to his resident to surprise his daughter for his grand sons 1st birthday. I loved him very much and will miss him a lot. He with our lord now and someday I will see him again. He had a special gift with people liking them and they liked him. Very smart .

A great loving son member of assembly of God .he was a very successful man and father. A loving husband.
