Tobey Kenneth Shelburn went home to be with the Lord on March 25, 2013. He was born in Columbia, Missouri, on March 8, 1966, to Kenneth and Mary Jane (Barnes) Shelburn.
Tobey was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth; a step-daughter, Elizabeth Hueser; three brothers, Tom Ruble, Tom Shelburn and Terry Shelburn. He is survived by his wife, Chanda; two daughters, Elizabeth Heeter and Jane Bowen, and their mother, Polly Clark; a step-son, Justin Hueser; his mother, Jane Sachs and step-father, LeRoy Sachs; three brothers, Jack Ruble, John Ruble, and Bryan Shelburn; four sisters, Lisa Sachs, LeAnne Ahearn, Linda Silkey, and Renee; and their spouses, children and grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2013, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will follow in Bass Chapel Cemetery, Strafford, Missouri. Visitation will begin at Noon, prior to the service.
