I had the pleasure of having Tracy as one of my students when she attended Missouri State University. She was a student in my undergraduate PLS 101 class and later, as a student in our Master of Public Administration Program.
Tracy was an excellent student who displayed a real enthusiasm for learning. She was a very bright student, and I only wish I could have more students like her. She was very successful as an administrator in various capacities and I was very proud to call her a colleague in every sense of the word.
My sincere condolences to her family. She was quite the jewel, and I know she will be missed greatly.

To know her was to love her. Tracy and I worked together in the economic development field for many years. Her smile was contagious and she taught me what true grace was. We shared many laughs and even a few tears through the years, which I will always cherish. What a wonderful legacy she has left. I will miss you sweet friend.
