She died October 27, 2013 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Mo.
She was born on July 22, 1925 in Breslau, Germany the daughter of George and Hildegard Opitz. She was a homemaker and of the Lutheran faith. She had been a longtime resident of the area.
Survivors are two sons: Robert G. Ware of Bend, Oregon and Michael Ware of Rockaway Beach, Missouri, two grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Ware, a sister, Hanalore Ganzman, a son, Chris Ware and grandson, Christopher Ware.
