Wanda Hardin, age 81, of Springfield, Missouri died at 2: 30 a.m. Monday August 20, 2012 in her home.
Wanda was born November 30, 1930 in Battlefield, Missouri the daughter of Clell and Iva Sanders Phillips. She was a retired bookkeeper for both Sears and Ozark Typewriter Co.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Don Phillips.
She was a longtime member of the Kansas Expressway Church of Christ, and loved to help and support the Fair Haven Children’s Home.
She is survived by two sons and their wives, Kenney and Alice Hardin of Galena, MO.and Jim and Susan Hardin of Owasso, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and nine-great grandchildren and a sister Linda Easterday of Springfield, Mo. and several second and third cousins.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Greenlawn North Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday August 21, 2012 at the funeral home.
Wanda will be laid to rest next to her husband Charles in Patterson Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Fair Haven Children’s Home, or the school ministry.
