Wanda J. Jackson, 88, of Springfield passed away October 30, 2012 in James River Care Center. Wanda was born October 6, 1924 to Denzil and Blanche Pearson in Galena, Kansas. She was a florist and was a 10 year volunteer in the Cancer Center at St. Johns. She married Bud Jackson November 9, 1947 who along with her parents precedes her in death.
Wanda is survived by her son Rick Jackson and his wife Jenise; 2 grandchildren Matt Jackson and his wife Meredith and Julie Wiseman and her husband Mike; 4 great grandchildren Samuel and Eli Wiseman and Madison and Melea Jackson; 2 brothers Jack Pearson and Bill Pearson and his wife Pat along with other family and friends.
Services for Wanda will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 2, 2012 in Greenlawn Funeral Home East with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, November 1, 2012 in the funeral home.
