Retired from Greene County Assessor's Office as an appraiser in 1999. Wanda was preceded in death by an infant daughter, her parents; Freda and Charlie Thayer, two brothers: Bobby and Grant Perry. She is survived by daughters: Georganna Bulow and Samantha Livingstion and husband Earl; two brothers Gerry (Butch) Perry and wife Nancy and Galen Perry.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, No set visitation is planned, friends may call after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
