Wilbur B. Hern, 97, passed away in Springfield, MO. on March 4, 2013. Wilbur was preceded in death by his wife Mildred, sister Carolina Arrowood, one brother, Orbie Hern. Wilbur is survived by his brother John and wife Betty and several nieces and nephews.
